By registering for NRI Investment Expo or requesting information, you acknowledge that your contact information may be shared with:

selected sponsors or strategic partners where this has been disclosed and is consistent with the purposes described at the time of collection.

We do not sell personal information as a standalone commercial product.

Once your information has been shared with an exhibitor or authorised partner, that organisation becomes independently responsible for its own handling of your personal information under its applicable privacy practices.

17. Advertising and Measurement Platforms

We advertise the Expo on third-party platforms and use their measurement tools to understand which advertisements lead to registrations. Depending on the campaign, these may include:

Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp), including the Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences and Lead Ads;
Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Floodlight and Display & Video 360) and YouTube, including YouTube video advertising and embedded players;
LinkedIn, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Matched Audiences, retargeting and Lead Gen Forms;
TikTok, including the TikTok Pixel, the Events API, Custom Audiences and TikTok Lead Generation;
other advertising, analytics or attribution providers we may engage from time to time.

Where you submit your details through a form hosted on one of those platforms, for example a Meta, LinkedIn or TikTok lead form, that platform collects your information first and passes it to us. Its own privacy policy applies to its processing, alongside this Policy.

These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers, and may receive information such as your device and browser details, IP address, the pages you viewed, and whether you registered. Where we share event data with an advertising platform for measurement or audience building, identifiers such as your email address or phone number may be transmitted in a hashed, irreversible form. We do not sell your personal information.

Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent for advertising and analytics cookies, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. You can also control advertising on the platforms themselves through their own settings, including Meta Ad Preferences, Google Ads Settings and My Ad Center, LinkedIn Advertising Preferences and TikTok Personalised Ads settings, and through your device or browser controls.

NRI Investment Expo is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Meta Platforms, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice.
